Blue Fin is coming!!!!

As I described on last blog, we serve 3 different kinds of Tuna.


And we finally got Blue fin Tuna today!!!

It's from Boston and actually the season of Boston Ble fin is almost over.

However this is the time to get Boston Blue Fin.

It has way enough fat(TORO) even the back part and taste so good!

From today we have Maguro, which is Big eye and Hon Maguro, which is Blue Fin.
